About the Apartment
The apartment features a spacious living room with a balcony, two bedrooms, a kitchen (with a utility room), and a bathroom. It’s located on the second floor (by Spanish standards) and does not have a lift.Living Room
The living room is bright and welcoming, featuring a large, comfy sofa bed—perfect for relaxing or accommodating extra guests. There’s a TV with access to local channels, Netflix, and more, plus speedy internet to keep you connected. At the other end of the room, you’ll find a cosy dining area with a spacious extendable table and six chairs—ideal for meals, games, or planning your next adventure.Sleeping Arrangements
There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed, and the living room has a sofa bed that easily folds out to sleep two more. In total, the apartment comfortably accommodates up to six guests. Duvets, pillows, and bed linen are all provided—so no need to pack extra!Kitchen and Bathroom
The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the essentials and modern appliances, including a dishwasher, fridge, hob, microwave, air fryer, coffee machine, and more. Of course, you’ll also find bottle openers and wine glasses—everything you need for a relaxed evening in. The bathroom is bright and spacious, featuring a walk-in shower for added comfort.Amenities

The apartment is located in the heart of the city, right in Dénia’s charming old town, on a quiet street. Just around the corner, you’ll find cosy cafés, restaurants, boutique shops, and plenty of entertainment. The beach is an easy 800-metre stroll away. Dénia
Dénia is a charming seaside town on Spain’s eastern coast, nestled in the province of Alicante. It’s a vibrant place where both locals and expats live and work all year round. Getting there is a breeze – it’s about an hour’s drive from either Alicante or Valencia, as Dénia sits conveniently between these two major cities.
How to get to Dénia?
The easiest way is to fly into either Valencia or Alicante airport. From there, you can reach Dénia by rental car, bus, or train – all straightforward options. Just a heads-up: there’s no parking directly at the house, but there are free parking spots a short walk away. We’ll be happy to send you detailed info on where to park closer to your arrival.
What’s the weather like in Dénia?
Beach season kicks off as early as May and lasts right through to the end of September, with daytime temperatures around 30°C. That said, April and October are still pleasantly warm by British standards, usually between 20–25°C – perfect for soaking up the sun without the crowds. The cooler months are from December to February, averaging around 15°C, but unlike the UK, winter in Spain comes with plenty of daylight and sunshine. Fun fact: Dénia’s climate is considered one of the best in the world for living, according to the World Health Organisation (WHO)!

Hi there – lovely to meet you!
We’re a family of seven: Terje, Margus, Rene, Marten, Helen, Rasmus, and Mia. We’re big fans of travelling, great food, and, most of all – the SUN!
About five years ago, we started dreaming of finding a second home somewhere warmer to escape the winter chill. In 2021, we set off on a three-week family road trip around Spain, hoping to find that special place that just “felt right.” Honestly, it was starting to feel hopeless… until, just a day before flying back to Estonia, we happened to stop in Dénia for a quick one-hour stroll.
Something was different. Terje felt an instant connection and said, “This is it! I swear I’ve been here before… but I haven’t… how’s that even possible? I must’ve lived here in another life – SERIOUSLY!”
To test that gut feeling, Terje and Margus returned the following year to live like locals in Dénia for a month. And that feeling only grew stronger. It was clear – Dénia was the one.
With 320 days of sunshine a year and mild winters that rarely dip below 15°C, we knew it was the perfect place. The hunt for a flat began, and a couple of years later, we found the one – a cosy apartment right in the heart of Dénia’s old town. We’ve turned it into a warm and welcoming home that we love spending time in – and now we’re excited to share it with others who want to experience the charm of Dénia too.
