Nice to meet you

Hi there, let's get to know each other! This is our family: Terje, Margus, Marten, Helen, Rasmus, Mia and Rene. We all love to travel, we enjoy good food, and we love the SUN!

How we found Dénia

Five years ago, we started thinking about finding a second home somewhere warmer for the winter months. In 2021 we set off as a family on a three-week road trip around Spain to see where we would get that "right feeling". It was starting to seem hopeless, until the day before our flight home to Estonia, when we ended up in Dénia for an hour. We took a short walk, and suddenly Terje's gut feeling was completely different. She said:

"This is the place! I feel like I've been here before, but I really haven't… How is that possible?! You know, I think I lived here in another life, REALLY!"

To put this rock-solid claim to the test, Terje and Margus went back to Dénia a year later and tried living there like locals for a month.

Our Dénia

The feeling only grew stronger: this was our Dénia. On top of that, the sun shines here 320 days a year, and in winter the temperature rarely drops below 15 °C. The apartment search could begin, and a couple of years later we bought our first apartment, perfectly located in Dénia's old town. We turned it into a cosy home that we can visit ourselves and also rent out to others who want to experience the relaxed, idyllic life of Dénia.
