The apartment is in a quieter area, on a peaceful street, about a 15-minute walk from the town centre. There is a swimming pool by the building, and several hiking trails start right next door.

The apartment

There is a spacious living room with a large balcony, two bedrooms, a kitchen and two bathrooms. The apartment is on the first floor of a gated complex, and the building has a lift. A parking space in the underground garage is included.

Living room

The living room has a large sofa bed, a smart TV (with Netflix and other streaming services as well as local channels) and fast internet. At the other end of the room is a dining area with a large extendable table and six chairs.

Kitchen

The kitchen has everything you need: dishes and cutlery, a dishwasher, fridge, hob and coffee machine. There is also a washing machine.

Bathrooms

There are two bright, spacious bathrooms: one with a walk-in shower, the other with a bathtub. Both have underfloor heating and mechanical ventilation.

Climate and security

There is central air conditioning for hot summer days and heating for winter. The apartment has an alarm system with a code and a small safe.
